So the snapshot is only taken once at the end of each season? Not daily?

As far as I'm aware, there's just the one end-of-month snapshot, usually a day or two before claims open.

So there's daily snapshots from FC -> Neynar -> Dune, and that's what informs your tip allowance;  but the only real snapshot that matters is the one they do at the end of the season, which is what allows them to make final adjustments. Receipts:
