It's a constant challenge but I think i've done a good job 

Staying curious and trying to be adaptable have helped me a lot with this

Same here, for me what helps is practicing child-like wonder and engaging in emotional clearing/processing

It is so tough for energy to flow when you have chronic patterns of tension all throughout your system.

Curiosity (cc @know) creates Connection which can lead to so many interesting things.
