Should we introduce a new sign up tier to reduce the cost of signing up? 

Would be low cost (< 25c) but come with much smaller storage limits like maybe 10 casts, 100 follows or something like that.

We're considering reducing sign up costs by 90%. Weigh in!

Alongside this, I think it's important to have an easy process to upgrade your storage so that users aren't left confused if they hit storage limits.  

Maybe a pop up or something prompting them to pay to increase their storage or maybe even FC sponsors new users who hit storage limits as a retention/growth experiment
