Most SaaS apps will need an agent as the interface. Consumer agent interfaces are unknown for now, but it means it's ripe for experimentation.

in your mind, is there a sustainable economic model, or a set of sustainable models? I don't see one tbh, on either the marginal cost side (intense competition for scarce resources incl. compute and eng/research talent) or the willingness-to-pay side. But I'm woefully uninformed and want to hear other thoughts
