dug in and wow, way more nuanced than i first thought. 

how does everyone feel about the treasury nouns atm? 

i feel if they were 5% of supply and not 50% they’d hardly have our attention.

i saw we do a Fire Sale: all treasury Nouns go on dutch auction for 24 hours. any that don’t sell are burnt

Give them ALL to outstanding members doing public good in the web3 space. People that will help drive 'proliferation' that are currently outside of the Nouns ecosystem. 

The treasury Nouns could be delegated at first with a requirement of X votes/activity (constructive input nouns.camp etc) then releases full ownership. 

For instance, I've been pro-nouns for several years, I tell many people outside of the web3 community about the DAO, it's my go-to DAO spiel. But. I am not (heavily) active within the community (asides from secondary support with @oshi) as I don't feel I belong or am heard w/o a Noun (that I can't afford).

Burn them all, you chaps have lost your mind with swaps.
