A bit confused about the candidates for the "Compliance Administrator" and "Compliance Reserver Administrator" roles. 

IIUC, the reserve is essentially an on-call backup for the main Compliance Administrator, stepping in only when they're unavailable (likely a rare case)?

Also, why aren't these roles being funded as part of the overall DUNA budget which is supposed to "fund the first year of operations", and has budget allocation for "Administrator fees"?
