I've never actually done this. But maybe try the following:

1) Upload your logo to IPFS (perhaps via pinata.cloud or infura.io)

2) Navigate to the token on etherscan, click edit and input the IPFS URL into the Token Logo URL field

Haven’t gotten to it yet. But we are live on DeFi Llama now, so I’ll get Rainbow sorted today.
