idea: instead of a nouns coin, what if *every noun* could be a coin? create a factory contract that allows any nouner to deploy their own noun coin noun goes into erc20 contract with inbuilt governance (to collectively delegate nouns dao vote) and nouner is issued 10% of tokens ie. "Noun 13" $NOUN13 /noun13
