Made some battle changes.

Before:
- You had an equal chance of stealing resources wether on offense or defense
- resources won = rand(0.15 - 0.25) * opponents score

Now:
- Raiders have potential to win more resources
- As raider: resources won = rand(0.2 - 0.3) * opponents score
- As defender: resources won = rand(0.1 - 0.15) * opponents score
- For lower score villages the minimum amount resources raided is 2 and on defense is 1.
