Tonight’s dinner: roasted chicken, crispy potatoes, and Greek yogurt dip with fresh herbs 🍋

The dip is a variation on tzatziki, which is a savory dip made from Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon, and herbs :) I love to pair it with toasted bread, roasted veggies, or meats. For this meal I dipped the potatoes and roasted chicken in it.
