Food market in GR trending towards USification; we're just lagging behind a couple of years. Just look how mamy tavernas/meze places were open 5/10_15 years ago and how many are still around. Younger generations not interested in operating these anymore, they prefer selling overpriced salads to nomads🥲

Wolt/efood have a trove of relevant data; albeit not public. Got a peek through a friend few years ago. Not the "cleanest" dataset though, as lots of the traditional meze places with a "good food >> instagrammable dishes" mentality are probably not on these platforms By experience, places like diporto are closing down
