Food market in GR trending towards USification; we're just lagging behind a couple of years. Just look how mamy tavernas/meze places were open 5/10_15 years ago and how many are still around. Younger generations not interested in operating these anymore, they prefer selling overpriced salads to nomads🥲

that would cost at least ~€10 in Istanbul. here, different hoods in the city has ridiculously competing healthy food premia where the food is extra unhealthy, which causes genuinely healthier once even go more expensive. I wonder if such premium is an outcome of regulations exponentiated by inflation.
