Yeah, I think it was just conspiracy when first proposed, but it turned out to be prophetic. LLMs evolved to a level of being able to write content for social platforms a long time back. As in, pre-GPT3. Reddit was a perfect staging ground for that. The process just massively accelerated over the past 2 years.

I think it’s based on fact but went too far when they said the whole internet “mainly consists of” bot activity.
