the whole farcaster is online on tuesday because of the tips, and tips work *so much better* than rewards (even though i have a feeling tips without rewards wouldn't be as powerful) good job team, i'm really curious about the numbers on dau/mau after this change

I suspect they got feedback that Arc UI is too different from browsers people are used to so they're going back to basic Chromium with AI sprinkles. This current demo is definitely very underwhelming

Channels are a great primitive. The membership vs following distinction made them more confusing imo. They should be revisited at some point.

Making pressing L3 + R3 turn on photo mode on AC Shadows was a dumb idea. I can't run and lock on/off a target at the same time because L3 is for running and R3 is lock on/off. Pressing both turns on photo mode 🤦‍♂️ I'm constantly getting into photo mode during fights.
