I've never done a before/after thing or shared a shirtless photo of me for that matter lol. Here's me in March 2023 and September 2023. After losing ~40lb (205 to 165) in 6 months. Caloric deficit + Pilates + Yoga + Weightlifting

Amazing! How much of a caloric deficit are you running? I am struggling with running a caloric deficit and also trying to build strength/muscle (down 10 lbs in same time frame)

I don't know 😅 I've tried to do it as low effort as possible so I'm not counting anything. I just opt for low calorie, high lean protein foods and limit my intake window to 8hrs To track progress I just ensure my weight is trending down weekly and adjust accordingly https://warpcast.com/gabrielayuso.eth/0xf9fee9
