Why do some mobile dApps have such a hard time getting the txn or sign modal to show up when the wallet is opened vs others?

One example is Orb. I can't get it to work at all.

I'm not too familiar with the front-end wallet integration.

Yeah I really liked it when I first got it and I was starting to engage more with Lens then. But at some point I couldn't login anymore and I don't enjoy using Phaver much so I haven't been using Lens much either.
