Sometimes I find Cursor's AI autocomplete annoying.
It gets in the way of changes I'm trying to do myself and then I accidentally apply it's suggestions and mess everything up.

Or it has the initial part right but the rest wrong.

had same issues, what model are you using? 

i added gpt-4o as a custom model and this issue seems to be fixed now

Likewise, I turned it off. Meanwhile, with Intellij it follows my flow state well so it stays on.

it's been terrible lately.

i think they are actively predicting the next cursor position but it messes me up more often than not
