Why do some mobile dApps have such a hard time getting the txn or sign modal to show up when the wallet is opened vs others?

One example is Orb. I can't get it to work at all.

I'm not too familiar with the front-end wallet integration.

Ah not too sure then, maybe something about a websockets connection issue? Have seen issues also around the respective web3 provider getting reinitialized at times as well but this is all from a web development perspective though
