I'm very curious to learn the results of your research.

One I used to go to since it was so close to the Google office was Bulletproof but it was technically in SM. Doesn't seem to be there anymore.

Other two were Urth and Dogtown on Main St but those are further down in the SM side.
I see there's one called Gnarwhal too, I've never been.
