One of the things I'd miss the most if I were to switch from Pixel to iPhone is the deep Google Lens integration.
I love that I can use Lens to copy-paste any text even if the app doesn't let you.

I hear you. I switched to Pixel since the Pixel 2 came out. The lack of app support especially for new startups is my main frustration as well as some Android bugs or clunkiness here and there.

I've been tempted to go back to iPhone but I have many frustrations with the iPad already so no iOS for me.

I use Lens all the time...

It's also fantastic for translations.

I will say I'm struggling to find enough reasons to stick with my Pixel over iPhone. Have had a "Pixel" since Nexus. My 6 has a lot of sporadic issues and app support usually starts with iOS.
