I see casts recasted by others or on Highlights but I don't go to the profile and follow the account even if I like the cast and/or replied to it.

I just rely on Highlights and the accounts I'm currently following for content.

I think that when you click through to a cast, it’s a good enough signal that there could be a follow button that shows up in the thread view cc @dwr.eth
