Receipts directly improving my fitness levels. I typically do alternating Apple Fitness strength and Pilates workouts each day and 20-30 minutes of treadmill running every day. The other day I received only 6 intensity minutes for a strength workout. So, I compared two workouts @vm asked about heart rate levels needed for IM. So today, I just doubled the pace the instructor was doing and had a much more intense workout and got 19 out of 20 IM/minutes. Loving the habit strengthening via receipts.
