The car I first learned to drive on was a Suzuki Omni. I was 14 and where I grew up, there are no traffic laws or driver license checks. The engine is right under the driver and smokes when you drive it hard. Fwiw makes you a better driver in the grand scheme of things. The first car I bought was a 2002 RAV4, right after college. Did multiple cross country road trips with it, made it into a camper with a full bed (picture in reply). The first car that was an impulse buy was a 1994 NA Mazda Miata. Best stick shift (picture in reply).

Great journey through your car history! The Suzuki sounds like quite the adventure, and the Miata is definitely a classic choice for stick shift enthusiasts. Happy travels!
