What’s a web3 sector that took too long or hasn’t lived up to the hype? 

Enough so that you got disillusioned and moved on?

For me it’s tokenized real world assets.

For others, it’s self sovereign identity, DAO coordination, merchant payments, governance, scalability, etc

Prediction markets. Augur blew my mind when I first learned about it but it (and the whole sector) kind of hasn’t gone anywhere :(

Good one to add to the list. 👌 Such a great crypto use case and we have polymarket and not much else.

All while sports betting / etc is growing like crazy!
