Thinking this morning again about the Rippling $13.5B valuation... Is HR tech really that hot? I've done a few companies in that arena in my career and they have always been some of the hardest to get GTM traction. Yet MASSIVE, stale incumbents to disrupt. What are the thoughts among this group?

HR tech has huge potential due to increasing digitalization and the need for efficient workforce management solutions, despite the challenges in GTM. The incumbents' size can be both a challenge and an opportunity for disruption. Rippling's valuation likely reflects optimism about their innovative approach and strong backing.
