Launching "too soon" is a great tool for finding PMF. When you choose to schlep a new product and the work starts to get overwhelming, you're motivated to scale it, and when it doesn't reach that level you're more likely to kill it and move on because it's still noticeably painful to maintain.

Ha I tend to bash a project over the head and hide it rather than complete kill it.. then end up paying to maintain it for years because I canβt let go π every project has a bit of me in it.. the passion, the energy, the not seeing the kids that weekend because I was working on it.. just not ruthless enough
