bringing back early morning gym sessions this week. ideally, i want to make this a long-term habit…but i know how my ADHD brain works lol. if i can be consistent on this for at least one week, then i’ll be good for the rest.

What worked for me a long time ago: always show up, even if you can’t /don’t have time to work out. Makes it automatic in your brain.
