OK coffee nerds. I think I wanna get into the home espresso train. It looks like grinder should be the main piece of the puzzle. I am thinking of getting the Gaggia (which can be modded to be even better). What's your grinder recommendation? ~$500 budget.

I use a sette 270 for my gaggia (soon to be gagguino) but a lot of people like the df54 or the niche zero. Both should be within budget

i’m a big fan of Option O and use the Mini ($299) on a regular basis. i think it’s the most aesthetically pleasing sub-$500 grinder you can buy

that’s for single dose, may not be right if you’re looking for something with a hopper
