What's the best way to do a mobile app UI/UX product walkthrough video? Simulator + QuickTime or Loom? Plug in the phone and record somehow? Record on phone and narrate after in post?

iirc, you can hit "record screen" on the phone and it captures your voice as well - you'll probably want to be in DND mode to avoid notification popups
