Wallet browsers are basically a symptom of the webapp era of crypto.

Smart wallets mean that we are trending towards apps with wallets, instead of needing a wallet for all apps.

Less convinced by their need now and in the long term. Easier to swipe between apps on a phone than to bounce between websites in a browser.

Apps with wallet is exactly where the trend is going, users are trained to log in per app. Not sure if having global wallets is that useful to most users. 

Users just want to get in and start using products. That's how we use most of the internet works and likely how it'll continue. 

Smart wallets help with UX, specifically paying gas / batching txn's, its the 2 main features app devs need.
