Told my family at dinner that microplastics live rent free in your brains. Came back an hour later and all the chopping boards are gone. This is how we win lmao.

They did it right!! Try using a wooden chopping board instead. You’ll have to handwash it every time (probably using a bit more water), but it’s way better for reducing microplastics.
