i don’t either! but it feels weird to watch the years pass by and not have any way to go back and relive it in some way

i see what u mean but bereal doesnt document anything other than a photo

when talking to a camera for 3-5 mins, you can say anything on your mind and look back in 5 years and see what you were thinking, acting, feeling, etc

I use BeReal in a somewhat similar way to document and capture the essence of each day. I like how it captures both me and what I’m doing rather than only one view
