Haha I get what you mean! I think it’s sort of like the convenience of being able to take it to go - for example if you have kids or are hiking and don’t want to get hands dirty. Also helpful if you don’t have access to a kitchen to cook the sweet potato! Plus the texture is honestly incredible it’s seriously like a gummy mochi chew
