We've heard the community and recognize the current tip allowances aren't ideal. We're developing a new incentive mechanism to reward long-term members and reduce farming. We'll iterate quickly to improve the next season, making token farming increasingly difficult. @cadillion and I are cooking.

Some suggestions:
Add a minimum tip value, for example, 69 degen. The allowance will increase as you tip a larger number of users. For example, if you tip 100% of your allowance to one user, your allowance will decrease. But if you tip more and more users, then your allowance will increase.
This will help to reduce farmers and tip distribute into larger number of users @jacek
