If you're a 20-something feeling down because of the Forbes 30 under 30 list drop today, it's mostly an anti-signal. 

The legit people are legit because people already know the company / product / work and the ones you've never heard of until the list, well, they mostly fall off the map in your 30s.

Interestingly enough - many people do not figure their lifes until 30sthg. Rather than focusing on the Forbes ranking, I'd focus on building a versatile skill set one can use later in life and to help others. Rankings mean very little, actions tell much more.
