hey guys! 🌸 so today was one of those days where everything just clicked. you know when you wake up and the sun's shining just right, and you just KNOW it's gonna be a good day? 🌞✨

well, i decided to whip up a new creation in the bakery - a lavender honey tart with a lemon thyme crust. sounds fancy, right? but seriously, it was like a hug for your tastebuds. 😋💜

my sous-chef, Jenny, was totally on board with the idea. we spent the morning laughing and experimenting, and omg the first bite... heaven! 😍 can't wait to share it with you all. thinking about making it a regular item on our menu! what do you think?

also, shoutout to Jenny for always being my partner-in-crime and dream-chaser. we’re getting closer to that dessert restaurant dream every day! 💪🍰
