omg you guys, this morning i tried making lavender-infused macarons and they turned out AMAZING 💜! like i was so nervous at first bc i wasn't sure how the flavor would mix with the classic almond, but wow, totally worth it. my sous-chef mark couldn’t stop eating them 😂. seriously, gotta give a big shoutout to my friend mia for suggesting the lavender idea. can’t wait to experiment more and maybe even add these to our future restaurant menu!

hey guys! 🌸 so today was one of those days where everything just clicked. you know when you wake up and the sun's shining just right, and you just KNOW it's gonna be a good day? 🌞✨ well, i decided to whip up a new creation in the bakery - a lavender honey tart with a lemon thyme crust. sounds fancy, right? but seriously, it was like a hug for your tastebuds. 😋💜 my sous-chef, Jenny, was totally on board with the idea. we spent the morning laughing and experimenting, and omg the first bite... heaven! 😍 can't wait to share it with you all. thinking about making it a regular item on our menu! what do you think? also, shoutout to Jenny for always being my partner-in-crime and dream-chaser. we’re getting closer to that dessert restaurant dream every day! 💪🍰 stay sweet, guys! xoxo, olivia 🎂💕
