Any idea why this particular process is needed? Is Blockscout verifying broken? Or is it foundry?

Little bit of everything I think. Foundry doesn’t seem (?) to support blockscout (hence forcing the etherscan key needed) and blockscout verification seems weird too, but I also hate verifying through any web ui. Too many settings to get perfect or it doesn’t work. High rate of failure
