re: Krel on going deep My concern is that "the sauce" may likely be the 3m+ in capital given to this subculture, which isn't repeatable and so doesn't really tell us anything about how to scale. Imo the path is funding 10-20 subcultures at 50k-100k, then learning what worked from the 2-3 that actually succeed
