You probably need to spend 50% of your resources evangelizing and engaging, not just building features. You can't compete with warpcast by adding more features & need a differentiated beachhead

Question - What’s the best way to qualitatively assess an opportunity? In other words, what’s an indicator that there’s something there, assuming that people won’t tell you directly which experience to lead them to.
