Coffee is such a weird thing. 2 days ago I had a migraine and usually, it's a bad idea for me to have a coffee during. And yet, on this day, I tried it and it actually cleared the migraine. So confusing 😊

For some people, drinking a double espresso at the onset of a migraine kills it. But you have to get it at the right time. It’s never worked for me.

Yeah, timing is everything. I never get it right. My headache pain tolerance is so high I don’t really notice it until it’s too late to abort it. (I notice it but it’s in the back of my mind, not the front part that says “do something”.)

Oh interesting. This is the first time it's ever worked. All the times in the past it just turbo charged my migraine.
