Bountycaster update:

We received so many USDC tips to Bountycaster in the past few days and it's meant a lot to help support us since we're bootstrapping

We received feedback that the frequency of bot posts from tipping were making it harder to monitor /bounties (good problem to have!) so we increased the tip threshold from $5 to $10 for a bot post

This is the least amount of eng work for now since have a lot on our plate and will make more adjustments later if needed (e.g. batch tip posts)

that’s nice! I think you can generate an auto dc message for the bot to dm those who tip below that since the threshold has increased! nice work

I try to DM everyone directly who tipped to thank them if the bot didn't cross post (haven't done today yet)

Ohh that explains it, cause I tipped yesterday (twice actually cause the first one didn’t get the right amount I wanted) and I was expecting the bot to confirm it and it didn’t but I decided to give it 24 hours till I said anything, this clears it up.
