Ethereum Foundation Sells ETH for Network Development.
Vitalik Buterin explained that the funds from the sale of ETH by the Ethereum Foundation go to salaries for developers and support for the network. 
He stressed that it is important to maintain a stable PoS mechanism, reduce fees and increase transaction speed. 
The foundation is also actively working to improve user privacy.
