Think there could work well if linked to onchain carbon credits I'm working on something right now with Toucan, embedding high quality credits (Char) into art via NFTs - first implementation will be /plantbased (releasing more info next week) Goal is to make climate action seamless and change the nature of the incentives by embedding within everyday or fun actions vs purely altruistic

Tokenize the excess energy that panels generate for resale? That could be made more efficient than how selling back to the grid works now. Would be very interesting to think about linking tokens to helping to fund battery storage so the excess solar could be sold back to help smooth demand and mitigate curtailment. Currently, curtailed solar power could power about 350k homes annually

Very interesting! Have u seen what $cleo is doing with carbon footprint? It’s a funnel mechanism using tokens to offset carbon footprint sort of speak … very interesting work
