Power and HR for me as well - mostly power actually since HR can be off sometimes because of many factors. I also use Whoop to track HRV, which is useful but not necessarily helpful 100 %.

Honestly, I think HRV alone isn't a great metric to judge your recovery and readiness. You'll have to use your subjective feelings as well. I think for tracking, any devices would be fine, maybe even apple watch or garmin watches do a great job.
