Just had another instance of a Grab driver not picking me up and heading in the opposite direction because he didn’t want to incur the penalty for canceling the booking himself. Of course he was unresponsive over text & call Annoying to cancel a legit booking several minutes in. It’s getting harder to rely on Grab

The Venn diagram of drivers across these ride-hailing companies is pretty much a perfect circle. No wonder they have the same attitude. All that can make a difference is stronger disincentives for them to do this
