in places where dwindling econ situation alongside hyperinflation, le customer service tends to a) patronize you without ever offering or admitting their short-coming—at least 69% of the time, b) not resolving any —majority of them used to put real effort. hence, except for international ventures such as Apple, Amazon, Dyson etc. it's fer feck's sake levels rug. hence, when they imply i shall be a good customer, i get into the supreme roaster mode and i roast for at least 5 beacon slot lenghtwise. it's an underrated sport.
