the answer is that i’m not going to spend the time maintaining that nor ask someone else to. so we picked the projects that seem the most ‘inclusive’ & already filled w content

yea, there's a bit of a circle-jerk vibe of the early community which I think has kept onboarding stagnant as well

where did Farcaster go wrong in terms of complete growth stagnation after the first few months of hype?

Hard to say, but just have to face the facts that we are in the golden bull run and this FC channel hasn't grown in months 

HIGHER may have the best aesthetics of any memecoin, but the discoverability funnel is a major problem

I think we could learn from projects like GIGA (similar ethos in a way), partly by making it easier for people to find and participate in HIGHER

also, it would be good if the de-facto early leaders etc of the project like @zinger etc, share more higher-aligned content. it sets an example for others to follow, going higher in their day to day lives

Perhaps engaging more with other communities is a good place to start. We're watching tickers like Fartcoin, Unicorn Fart Dust, and different cats and dogs are reaching billions. Higher is a brand and idea that can resonate with all people, though it teams it feels like we hold ourselves to too much of a "higher" standard that distances us from the base level silliness that creates value in the rest of the meme culture

Well, the lack of FC adoption is a major constraint. Need a very strong TG channel to expand holder count. What we lack in immediacy of emotions (cute/funny/gross) etc, we make up for with aesthetics. 

I think in some ways we could do a better job of leaning a bit more into the crypto meme culture, rather than distancing ourselves from it.

I still am surprised to meet active Base onchain users who have never heard of Higher.
