Walking home tonight I had the idea to lovable dev it as a mini-app leveraging @farcaster verifications to assist with a clean, responsible experience. Then I remembered recently launched @ohara-ai and decided to check it out and a few minutes later there is the mini-app. What was weeks and months of impossibility before is minutes today. Enjoy it please and make it great - the lore of spinthecam is strong. Many more stories to tell around that one!

Though I have been vibecoding for some time now there are still "I can't believe that just happened" moments. I saw Chatroulette 2 days after it started in 2009 and immediately hired two teams to build a clone - chucking $ at the problem. I was living in New York at the time and chatroulette was skyrocketing as a global phenomenon. We succeeded and embedded it in a social network called spinthecam. We caught the media wave because outlets love to mention other similar projects and our signups peaked at hundreds of thousands per day when spinthecam was mentioned on hit TV show Legit! But we suffered from the same issues as chatroulette - guys exposing themselves!!! and despite being in a social network we could not stop the rot. In the end, I shuttered the project because I could not monetise it.

It should be possible to make channel banners vesting NFTs that are always onsale (like https://thisartworkisalwaysonsale.com/v2) advertisers can load the NFTs with tokens that stream to the channel owner (% to farcaster) and also control the NFTs visual display an "advert". Lemme know if I can build it for the community as a side project and experiment. We already have experimented with it actually but just werent sure how to connect with Farcaster...
