When I see stuff like this on Nostr I chuckle. It ignores Ethereum + L2s and farcaster entirely. Then I realize we probably also sound like this. Most of us ignore current developments on bitcoin and Nostr. Being on Nostr has made me aware of my biases on crypto even if its been frustrating and, at times, infuriating.

to some extent i think the real question about what Max is saying vs francos’s question about farcaster/eth is which ecosystem you end up in.

AIs built and used by bitcoiners will likely use bitcoin as their currency; services built and used by farcastoors will likely use an eth-based coin.

I fear I may never return from the depths of the Bitcoin maxi psychosis required to trudge through the muddy, eldritch trenches of Nostr. If I lose myself in the raw, unsigned relays—broadcasting pure signal into the void—know that I went willingly.
